Submitted information is stored on Hilanco’s own infrastructure in Germany and is used solely to respond to your request and manage our business relationship. We never sell personal data.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us through the contact page.

Technical logs (such as IP addresses in server logs) are kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting.
