The publishing pipeline now posts to Facebook and Instagram, and answers Messenger messages grounded in verified company facts.
Hilanco’s publishing pipeline is now live on Meta platforms: posts go out to Facebook and Instagram through the same approval-first flow that governs everything Hilanco publishes.
On the inbound side, Messenger and Instagram Direct messages are answered automatically — but never freely: every reply is grounded in a single verified company facts document, so the assistant cannot invent names, prices, or promises.
A global posting cap and draft-first defaults keep the whole system conservative by design. More platforms follow after each one proves itself.
